FS#183 - csv file not read (depending on format)

.read "readcsv-err1.csv";
Lines: 5
Separators: (Tab: 0) (Semicolon: 10) (Comma: 0) (Space: 0)
Separator found: ;
Loaded file: readcsv-err1.csv
Cycle: 0 Datasets: 1 Modified: 05-06-2018 15:07:32

However when reading:
read "readcsv-err2.csv";

the file is NOT read due to different formatting - most likely .....;22:10;.......

The file "readcsv-err2.csv" is incorrectly formatted, just as the output says. The file contains additional delimiters between each DateTime variable - BUT there is only ONE variable.

This means that there are 11 variable names in the first line and 15 values in the subsequent lines.
