FS#98 - The license link of the installation process doesn't work

Hello:

In the process of installing EpiData Manager or EpiData Entry, I can't find the web link of http://www.epidata.dk/license.htm.

I'm using GNU/Linux (Ubuntu) and I suppose that this problem appears in any Operating System.
